Students at any level are offered a comprehensive analysis and a personal program which includes:

  • Transcript optimization

Pre-K to Eighth Grade

To maximize opportunities for students, many parents strive to have young children accepted into the best Pre-K and Elementary Schools. Dr. Gordon has the expertise to guide parents in selecting the very best school for their child in order to provide the student with a head start in life. Helping parents develop a comprehensive plan for early education will

reduce stress so it is a positive experience for both the student and parent(s).

Early High School Prep

Course placement in Middle School is a critical factor in students gaining acceptance into an elite private school or the advanced track in a public High School. Likewise, student involvement in community service and volunteerism even at this young age can be a real advantage for an aspiring student. Determining areas that need to be strengthened is crucial at this age and determining a specific plan places a student on the road to success.

Applications, Essays & Test Prep

How a student chooses and structures application essays can be the difference between acceptance or rejection to the most competitive colleges. Developing and highlighting a special talent can be as or more critical than test scores. The most selective colleges look closely at the quality rather than the quantity of extracurricular activities. Moreover, Dr. Gordon has extensive experience helping students prepare for standardized tests.

Interviews

Depending upon the college or university, an interview may be critical to receive admission, a scholarship, or an advantaged slot from a coach. For example, to receive a Jefferson Scholarship at the University of Virginia an

interview is required. However, many top universities make interviews optional. This is where a knowledgable consultant can help an applicant

prioritize, manage their time and maximize their probability of acceptance.
